Shah Smith provided the MEP design for this 1,370,000 sq. ft., multi-story Mid Campus 1 Building. The ground floor space facing Bertner will be designed for retail or food service tenants, with room for outdoor dining. The building will be built in staggered stages, allowing occupancy of the lower floors as early as possible.
