University of Texas Health Science Center Houston

Shah Smith &Associates, Inc. provided MEP design for a Central Plant and Electrical design engineering services for a state-of-the-art Dental School, which is part of the Research Park Complex, which encompasses 450,000 gross square feet and is comprised of three independent programs functionally connected into one facility rather than as detached, stand-alone structures.

University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio

Shah Smith designed the electrical system for a four-story Children's Cancer Research Center building including one vivarium floor and three research laboratory floors. The design included an emergency power system to provide 100% redundancy of the electrical system for the vivarium during a normal power outage.

University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center

Shah Smith &Associates, Inc. provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services associated with this 270,000 square foot, 12 story, Phase 5 Research Building tower with an Imaging Suite and an expansion of the existing Thermal Energy Plant's cooling capacity.

Prairie View A&M University

Shah Smith &Associates, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing design engineering services for this 100,000 square foot Houston Nursing Facility building planned for future 100,000 square foot addition. The building will have five occupied floors and eight level, 1,200 car parking garage.
